Arcanys has made it to this year's list again, and we got ranked as the Top 26th IT-BPM workplaces in the Philippines, and I couldn’t be more delighted to receive our award on behalf of Arcanys last June 13!
We always say that our most valuable asset is our people, and that is not just lip service. It's because without the dedication, excellence, and passion that every Arcanyte brings to their work every day, Arcanys would not be the thriving and welcoming workplace it is today. So we not only offer employee-centric benefits, but we also strive to create an exceptional work environment by ensuring that employees have a sense of ownership over their work, have every opportunity to continuously improve their skills, and are working on challenging projects that not only spark their creativity and innovation, but are also aligned with their interests and passion. And getting recognized as one of the top IT-BPM workplaces in the Philippines for the second time in a row is a testament that our efforts are not missing the mark.
This award was given by Great Place to Work in collaboration with IT & Business Association Philippines (IBPAP). It is a recognition given by surveying 450,000 employees in the country’s IT industry with questions determining employee trust, potential for growth, company values, innovation, and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to receiving the Best Workplaces in IT-BPM PH award, we also received our Great Place to Work Certification last April, which we’re only too happy to receive. We’re very grateful for this because it’s definitely proof of our dedication to creating an environment where our people can continually learn, grow, thrive, and be challenged, while also maintaining their health in body and mind.
